Experiencing an unsatisfactory situation in any transaction or shopping doesn’t mean you already have to file a complaint. It is still better to find a way to resolve any misunderstanding immediately in a polite and civil manner before leaving the establishment or building to avoid more unnecessary misunderstandings.
